In this program Supervisors and Managers will learn:

  • What is workplace discrimination.
  • What are "Attributes"?
  • "Direct" and "Indirect" discrimination.
  • Examples of workplace discrimination.
  • The 5 essential steps that they must take to eradicate discrimination in their workplace
