In this program employees will learn:

• Examples of workplace discrimination.
• What steps to take if they become subject to or witness discrimination in their workplace.

PROGRAM: Roles and Responsibilities for Supervisors and Managers

Supervisors and Managers must be clear on what to look out for, what action to take and when to take it.

In this program Supervisors and Managers will learn:

• What is workplace discrimination.
• What are "Attributes"?
• "Direct" and "Indirect" discrimination.
• Examples of workplace discrimination.
• The 5 essential steps that they must take to eradicate discrimination in their workplace
